How do I pay?
Create a client account and add funds to the wallet. The first top-up is confirmed by the team. After that, checkout and renewals are paid from the wallet.
Do prices include VAT?
The service pages show the rate. The bill adds 13% VAT, and the total is shown before you pay.
When can I start sending bulk SMS?
After the SMS credits are on the account and identity (KYC) is approved. An individual uses a citizenship certificate or National Identity Card. An organization uses its registration and PAN or VAT certificate.
Can I send SMS with each person's name?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with a name column, and each message can start with that person's name.
What happens when a plan renews?
A plan with auto-renew on is paid from the wallet on the due date. If the wallet is short, it is tried again for 7 days, then the service pauses until the wallet covers it.
